JJ LUXE Authentication Certificate – £15 per item

This certificate add-on is exclusively for customers who have already purchased an eligible item from JJ LUXE, including purchases made through our TikTok Shop.

This purchase covers a certificate for your existing JJ LUXE purchase only. It is not a standalone authentication service for items bought elsewhere, and no handbag or other physical product is included.

How to request your certificate

1. Purchase one certificate for each eligible JJ LUXE item.
2. Add your original TikTok or JJ LUXE order number and the item name or SKU to your order notes, if available. Otherwise, contact the JJ LUXE team after checkout with these details and your new certificate order number.
3. Our team will match your request to your original purchase and arrange your certificate.

Please note

• £15 covers one certificate for one eligible item. For multiple items, select the corresponding quantity.
• Your original JJ LUXE purchase must be identifiable before we can process your request.
• This is a non-physical certificate add-on; no shipping is required.
• Please contact JJ LUXE before purchasing if you are unsure whether your item is eligible or whether a certificate is already included with your purchase.
