JJ Luxe specialises in pre-owned luxury fashion and accessories.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, products offered through JJ Luxe are pre-owned and may therefore show signs of previous ownership, use, age or storage.
These characteristics may include, depending on the individual item:
- Surface marks or scratches
- Signs of wear to leather, fabric or hardware
- Creasing
- Discolouration
- Tarnishing
- Interior wear
- Corner or edge wear
- Odour associated with age, storage or previous use
- Previous repairs, restoration or refurbishment where disclosed
- Other characteristics consistent with a pre-owned item
We aim to describe each product accurately and provide customers with appropriate information about its condition before purchase.

3. Product Condition
JJ Luxe uses condition descriptions to help customers understand the condition of pre-owned products.
Because condition assessment involves an evaluation of a pre-owned item, minor variations in interpretation may occur.
Condition descriptions should always be considered together with the photographs and any additional condition information provided on the relevant product page.
Signs of wear or characteristics that have been clearly disclosed before purchase do not by themselves mean that an item is faulty.
Nothing in these Terms excludes your statutory rights where a product is not as described, is not of satisfactory quality taking into account all relevant circumstances, or otherwise fails to meet requirements imposed by applicable law.
4. Restoration and Refurbishment
Some pre-owned products sold by JJ Luxe may have undergone previous cleaning, repair, restoration, refurbishment, recolouring, replacement of components or other treatment.
Where JJ Luxe is aware that an item has undergone material restoration or refurbishment, we aim to disclose this information clearly in the relevant product listing or accompanying product information.
Restoration may include work performed by JJ Luxe, specialist third parties or previous owners.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, restoration or repair should not be assumed to have been carried out by the original brand or manufacturer.
Customers should review all available product disclosures before purchasing.
5. Authenticity
JJ Luxe is committed to selling authentic luxury products only.
Every item offered for sale through JJ Luxe goes through our three-layer authentication process before being made available to customers:
1. In-House Authentication
Our team carries out an in-house assessment of each item, examining relevant characteristics such as materials, construction, craftsmanship, stitching, hardware, markings, date codes, serial information and other brand-specific details.
2. TikTok Luxury Programme
Where applicable, items are subject to the authentication requirements and checks associated with the TikTok Luxury Programme, providing an additional layer of verification for luxury products sold through the platform.
3. Independent Third-Party Authentication
Items are additionally reviewed through an independent third-party authentication service, providing a further layer of professional verification.
Items sold by JJ Luxe are supplied with a Certificate of Authenticity, confirming that the item has passed our authentication process.
Our three-layer authentication process is designed to provide customers with additional confidence when purchasing pre-owned luxury goods. The specific authentication methods used may vary depending on the brand, product type, age and identifying characteristics of the individual item.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, JJ Luxe is an independent pre-owned luxury retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or officially connected with the luxury brands whose products we resell.
All trademarks, brand names and logos remain the property of their respective owners and are used solely for the purpose of identifying and describing authentic pre-owned products.
6. Product Photographs and Colours
We make reasonable efforts to display products as accurately as possible.
However, colours may appear differently depending on your screen, device, display settings or lighting conditions.
Product photographs form an important part of the product description, particularly for pre-owned products.
Where possible, photographs are intended to show the actual item being offered for sale.
Minor differences in colour appearance caused by screens or photography do not necessarily constitute a product defect.
7. Product Availability
Many products sold by JJ Luxe are unique or available in very limited quantities.
Adding an item to your basket does not reserve that item.
A product may remain available for purchase by another customer until your order has been successfully completed.
Occasionally, an item may become unavailable after an order has been placed, including because of simultaneous purchases, stock discrepancies or an item being sold through another JJ Luxe sales channel.
If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you and refund any amount you have paid for the unavailable item.
8. Placing an Order
By placing an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products contained in your order.
After placing an order, you may receive an email acknowledging that we have received it.
An acknowledgement email does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.
A contract between you and JJ Luxe is formed when we accept your order in accordance with our order process.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
- A product is unavailable
- Payment cannot be authorised
- We reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorised activity
- There is an obvious pricing or listing error
- Delivery restrictions prevent us from fulfilling the order
- We are otherwise unable lawfully to complete the transaction
Where an order is cancelled after payment has been taken, the relevant amount will be refunded.

Product prices are displayed on our website in the currency shown at the time of purchase.
Prices may change from time to time.
Changes will not normally affect orders that have already been accepted.
We take reasonable care to ensure prices are correct. However, errors may occasionally occur.
If we discover an obvious pricing error relating to an order, we may contact you before accepting or fulfilling the order and give you the opportunity to purchase the product at the correct price or cancel your order.
By providing payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the relevant payment method.
Orders may be subject to payment verification and fraud-prevention checks.
JJ Luxe does not generally store complete payment card details.
11. Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframes stated on our website or during checkout.
Delivery estimates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

- Weather

12. International Orders, Customs and Duties
For orders delivered outside the United Kingdom, customs duties, import taxes or other charges may apply.
Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or delivery charge and may be payable by the recipient.
The customer is responsible for complying with applicable import requirements in the destination country.
Customs procedures may also result in delivery delays outside JJ Luxe's reasonable control.
13. Cancellation Rights for Online Purchases
If you are purchasing as a consumer through our website, you may have a legal right to cancel your distance contract.
For most goods purchased online, UK law provides a cancellation period of 14 days after the day you receive the goods, subject to applicable exceptions.
You do not need to provide a reason for exercising this statutory cancellation right.
To cancel, you must clearly inform JJ Luxe of your decision within the applicable cancellation period.

14. Returns Following Cancellation
Where you exercise a statutory cancellation right, you must return the relevant product in accordance with applicable law and our Returns Policy.
You should take reasonable care of the product while it is in your possession.
You may inspect an item to the extent reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
Where permitted by law, we may make an appropriate deduction from a refund if an item's value has been reduced because it has been handled beyond what would reasonably be permitted when examining it in a physical shop.
Products should be returned with any accompanying accessories, packaging, dust bags, certificates, cards or other items supplied with them where applicable.
Any JJ Luxe security or return tags attached to a product should not be removed until you have decided to keep the item.
This section does not limit any rights you may have where goods are faulty or not as described.
15. Faulty or Misdescribed Goods
Your legal rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods are separate from your right to change your mind.
Under applicable UK consumer law, goods supplied by JJ Luxe must meet the legal standards applying to them.
In considering the satisfactory quality of a pre-owned item, relevant circumstances may include its age, price, description, previous use, disclosed condition and disclosed defects or signs of wear.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict your statutory consumer rights.
16. Refunds
Where a refund is due, we will process it in accordance with applicable law and our Returns Policy.
Unless otherwise agreed or required by law, refunds will normally be made to the original payment method.
The time it takes for a refund to appear in your account after we process it may depend on your bank or payment provider.
17. Personal Sourcing Services
JJ Luxe may offer a personal sourcing service to assist customers in locating particular luxury products.
Submitting a sourcing request does not guarantee that we will be able to find the requested item.
Availability, condition, specification and price will depend on the products available through our sourcing network at the relevant time.
Where an item is identified, we will provide relevant details before you decide whether to proceed.
Any specific sourcing fee, deposit, cancellation arrangement or other condition that applies to a sourcing request will be communicated to you before you become bound by it.

You may be able to create an account through our website.
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your login credentials confidential and taking reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to your account.
Please notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.

23. Our Responsibility to You
